Return & Refund Policy

At BreezyyJewels, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Final sale items cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
